Longtime fan of CocoVaa! My first favorite was the Eliki bar, which taught me that everything I thought I knew about white chocolate was wrong. Since then, I've had the privilege of trying many bonbons, all delicious, but the pistachio rose rises to the top of my favorites. Absolutely beautiful, unique, delicious chocolate here!! If I could live in that brown butter bourbon caramel sauce, I would. Had a slice of the Earl Grey cake on my birthday and it changed my life. Vata is truly a master of her craft. Can't wait to check out the new space!
