Fantastic location. One minute walk to the beach and restaurants/mini mart. This would have to be the cleanest motel we have stayed at. It is dated but Inside and out is absolutely immaculate - a credit to the couple maintaining it. The one bedroom apartment had everything you need; kitchen with large fridge; kettle/toaster/microwave; decent utensils; washer and dryer.
