We had such a wonderful experience at Coco’s Bridal Boutique while shopping for my daughter’s prom dress. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly attentive and really listened to what my daughter wanted. She made the entire experience feel personal and special instead of rushed or pressured. Prior to going to CoCo's Bridal I went to 3 other Bridal stores. After each one I left feeling unheard, the consultants were cold, and they barely spoke to me. Wedding dress shopping was something I dreaded and I was worried I wouldn't find the right dress. After a horrible experience at the third bridal store, I booked an appointment at CoCo's Bridal. I took my daughter here to look for a homecoming dress. When we arrived, a lady and a dog was coming to greet us. Now, I'm not a dog person so I quickly closed the door and stood in the inner doorway. The lady stayed on the phone and never came back to greet us. We could see her and the dog still. We waited for 5 minutes then left. So we never got the chance to look at any dresses.
