These guys are great! We rented a 24’ Key West center console for two days for our vacation in Marathon. The boat was great but the customer service and honesty of Cocos employees was what really made me leave this review. Thank you and we will be back again! If you are in the keys rent a boat from Cocos and explore the sand bars, snorkeling or fishing.

We rented the Mako 26 from Coco's Boat Rentals during our stay in Marathon (June 6-13) because they were conveniently located across the canal from our Airbnb. Unfortunately, our experience with the boat itself was very disappointing. From the first day, the boat had performance issues. The engines would overheat around 3,000–4,000 RPM, the boat struggled to get on plane, and it would frequently cavitate. Cocos Boat Rentals was recommended to us by locals and we ended up having a really great day on the water. The boat was exactly what we needed and the overall experience was fun and smooth. The only downside was that the owner came across a bit unfriendly during our interaction, but aside from that we had a great experience overall.

Just the best place to rent a boat in Marathon. Big selection and all the boats are very well maintained. Very easy to work with and accommodating.

What we thought was a great place to rent a boat , turned out not to be. First the the owner lied about his gas prices . His were $1.25 more a gallon. Next we had pictures of the very used prop they had in the boat. Returned in the same condition and he charged us for a brand new prop?? Be prepared take a lot of pictures . No props to this place!
