Really disappointed. I had gotten a trim here about a year ago, really enjoyed bing able to walk in, be seen, and be happy. Wanted a cut on a Wednesday afternoon around 3pm, door said walk-ins welcome- not on that day I guess. Door, locked. No one in the store. I called, they said it would be 20-30 minutes because they were out to lunch (I saw this woman standing in the shop next door answer the phone when I called, saw her watch me try to open the locked shop). stopped by today, she's really kind and patient, make sure that i'm happy and comfortable. Really love her and my new hair.
My favorite place to go i will not use any other salon.
