A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to be contacted by Cocoplum Appliances. I was getting a new stove. The two young men who delivered my stove were Eric and Cam. They arrived when they said the would, very nice and respectful of me and my home. Chelsea, in the office, was very helpful as well. She was always there when I needed to check in for the schedule. I called cocoplum to repair my viking oven that has been on the fritz, the first repair man came out & diagnosed the problem however he didn’t have the parts on his van, no big deal I expected to wait. 2hours later I got a phone call from another repair man & he had the parts. He swung into my house on his way by and repaired my oven same day! Now that’s service. Highly recommend this company for repairs!
