Five Stars for COCOON HVAC. I worked with Allen to find the right heating/cooling system for an interior room addition. I went back and forth with what would be best for the room and finally made a decision on a high-end mini split. Allen did a fantastic job choosing the correct one for my space. All in all the installation was fast and efficient with a top notch warranty. Highly recommend.
I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy! Allen has done nothing but prove to me that he is incompetent, arrogant and lacks the knowledge and ability to install an HVAC unit. Don’t make the same mistake I did with Allen. Go to ANY company for a unit. There’s no chance of hiring another company worse than Cocoon/Allen!
