Genuinely enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds for sure. Beach towels, chairs, wagon, and umbrella supplied. We opted to drive rather than walk to the beach w all the stuff we were toting. It was a 3 minute drive. A special sweet treat was left for us. Nice little surprise. Ty for that. There were two small issues that the owner could have easily charged us for, but she was easily very honest and fair about it. GREATLY appreciated the honesty!! Mary Ann was available to respond to any texts I sent. Will definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Villa. The house is lovely and spacious while the deck was perfect for grilling in the evenings. You really have everything you need in close proximity to Coconut Villa/Pirates Beach and the seafood market in particular was terrific for taking advantage of fresh Gulf seafood. The beach is a short walk down the road and a bonus feature for me was the house is somewhat set apart at the end of the street. Stayed here several times over the last couple of years, lovely home, nice bedding, quiet cul de sac but close enough to walk to the beach. We will be back!
Extremely comfortable and well-appointed lodging, a short walk or bike ride to the beach. There is a large deck to hang out on outside, three bedrooms with top linens and bedding. Very relaxing! There's a small store nearby for any quick food or beverage needs. Kitchen has everything one desires. I can't wait to stay there again!
