Service people were friendly that's the only reason there are two stars., The transmission fluid change was supposed to be "no more than" $298. No more than? IlThe same service is much cheaper elsewhere. WTH kind of quote is that?! Guess what? It cost $366 out the door. Terrible business model. No explanation as to why it cost more. Hidden fees everywhere. I would never bring my car here for service again.
I purchased an Odyssey last September. I called today to schedule an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The gal who answered my call told me I couldn’t schedule today because an employee was not working. This is a bit confusing considering it’s a big dealership. I live in Naples. Germain Honda is miles closer to my home. I’m happy to take my business to them if I can’t schedule a simple oil change.

Took my newly purchased 2022 Honda CRV EXL to service department yesterday to check out TIRE PRESSURE light on issue. The technician found that two tires required replacement due to screws and nails in tires. Purchased car on Friday, Aug 1 (off lease), including Fidelity Vehicle Service Contract that included coverage for wheels and tires.
