Took my newly purchased 2022 Honda CRV EXL to service department yesterday to check out TIRE PRESSURE light on issue. The technician found that two tires required replacement due to screws and nails in tires. Purchased car on Friday, Aug 1 (off lease), including Fidelity Vehicle Service Contract that included coverage for wheels and tires. My son took his 2020 accord in for the air not working. They charged $379 for a diagnosis and could not find a leak. 3 weeks later he is in Coral Springs and his air stopped working. I took it to Coral Springs Honda and they charged $169 for diagnosis. They told me I CLEARLY got ripped off by the coconut point Honda dealership. Never will I go there again and I Do not recommend them at all!
