I needed an accommodation recently and the staff was very understanding. They were customer-centric and willing to pivot to meet my needs. I like that they don't apply the pressure or scare tactics that some dentists in this area use. They educate you on options and respect your informed decisions. Jasmine at the front desk is very friendly and good at her job.
Amy the hygienist was amazing and super nice. Really liked the dentist too!
Everyone was speedy and cognizant of my time but the hygienist made me feel bad about my teeth. The dr said my at home care was good. Visit felt more upsell than it had previously - X-rays are now required every year, etc. Added note - I tried to call the office mgr several times and my calls were never returned
