These guys are top notch! When I first reached out, Jenna was very accommodating with scheduling a day that worked best for me! When the service manager, Jose, showed up he was kind and very informative. I want to give major thanks and appreciation for Coconut Point Cooling. I had an a/c problem where my unit stopped working. In this Florida heat, a/c is not only important but is extremely necessary. Of course, my a/c broke during the most inconvenient time. It was a holiday weekend and majority of the places that I contacted did not answer nor did they call back after leaving a message.
