As a tourist (for now) to the area I have never had shrimp and grits, so i thought I would give it a shot and man was I glad i did. Our server was on point, my drink was never empty. My family and I will be back for sure!!!
Food was great. Shrimp and grits. Service was very good. Ambience outstanding. Go to Joe's every time we're in town.

My girlfriend and I ate there last Saturday night and the server was not that good he must have been ready to leave because he was very rude.. The food was terrible we had the crab dip which was cold and the garnish was a huge wilted lettuce leaf and served with crackers lol I probably wouldn't have given that to my cat... Took the family off the beach and went to try it out. Service was glacial slow, extremely rude, and pretty well sealed the deal that we won't come back. The food was way overpriced for what it was, as it was overly bland.
Fantastic food. Spicy shrimp quesadillas and shrimp platter were full of juicy fresh shrimp. Grill is right on beach with a rooftop deck which overlooks the ocean. Jeremy the bartender was very entertaining and made great drinks. I had a blast there!
Great food. All 4 of us felt that it was terrific. Views were as well. Inexpensive prices good options on the menu. Very good service.
Breakfast is great. I miss the old "southern bowl" though...
