I've hired this company to maintain my small pool while I was away. After 4 days away I've received a phone call saying the breaker on a pomp went off for a day and the pool got brown. Sure - happens. Whenever we had pomp/filter issues or blooming trees, they've always been solvable with some additional chemicals...
