I booked this show in advance, recieved a confimation e mail day prior. Showed up and gates locked, walked into venue and no one there at 5 pm 9/7. Expecting a $500 refund and a call hopefully

This was an amazing experience. We really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and learned a lot about Polynesian culture. Better than any “production Luau” we’ve been to. Really had an authentic feel to it. Would definitely recommend!

This was a pretty good show. We learned a lot about the historic culture and had a great meal. They were very entertaining and we laughed a lot! It's definitely a must do when visiting Hana.

The experience of visiting Coconut Grove in Hana, Nui the Tree of Life Show, was fantastic. The engagement between the hosts and guests felt intimate like we were at a friendly gathering of story telling or as native Hawai'ians would say, we were listening to them "talk-story". Poerava offered tender memories of her past and that of Hana, there was not a dull moment during the show! There was even arts and crafts which was totally unexpected but broke the 4th wall, giving the feeling (again) of being at a friendly gathering.... read more

Wow this place is amazing. If you are interested in learning about Hawaiian and Polynesian culture from people of that cultural lineage than this is the experience you've been looking for. Not a Disney cheesy flashy Luau this is a real Hawaiian cultural experience. Amazing food all local and family recipes. They have a lunch show and a dinner show! I highly recommend supporting this small family owned authentic business!
