We buy all of our furniture at Coconis and always have the best experience. We bought a mattress there 8 years ago. Recently, the pillow top part started gathering in the middle. We went to Coconis to get a new mattress. They let us know we still had 2 years left on our warranty. We had to provide pictures and video of our current mattress, but it was approved for replacement. We were able to get a credit for the price we paid for the mattress. We had an amazing experience at Coconis! Store manager Travis and salesman Josh Grubb made our buying process quick and seamless. They were informative, helpful, and all around kind! We will definitely be making Coconis our go to for where we buy furniture from here on out!
