I was desperate for a bed. I had ordered from a different company and had gotten the run around on delivery. Came to Coconis, got a bed ordered. They promised 2-3 week... Got it in 2 weeks. They were kind, caring and concerned about me sleeping on the couch waiting for a bed...Thanks Kayla and Travis.... I will be back!
Don't waste your time shopping around. We have shopped around... but always end up back at Coconis in Heath! Great salespeople who dont follow you around or hound you... always running great deals. The quality is next level. Have purchased a kitchen table & chairs and a sectional.... both are top notch. Highly recommend 👌

We buy all of our furniture at Coconis and always have the best experience. We bought a mattress there 8 years ago. Recently, the pillow top part started gathering in the middle. We went to Coconis to get a new mattress. They let us know we still had 2 years left on our warranty. We had to provide pictures and video of our current mattress, but it was approved for replacement. We were able to get a credit for the price we paid for the mattress.
