Staff not available on weekends, not even for emergency calls. Storage will apply a lock to your unit, without a call or message, and if it happens on a weekend, no staff will be available to support or help. Poor customer service.
The staff here is so friendly and helpful, they are wonderful to work with.
They are very nice people and reasonably priced.
