I popped in to request a duplicate copy of an official document. Helen was so friendly and helpful! She was at the front desk (through the alternate entrance due to construction), asked about my request and said "awesome! Then I can totally help you." Lol, what? That's amazing! She explained the process, gave me the form that was already highlighted the required fields, even looked over the form to make sure everything was completed. She was so nice and friendly and kind first thing on a Monday morning.
Horrible horrible horrible horrible.They don't give a damn clearly, they are not for the people they are for nothing. The same thing your children get help with.
