These are good people !! If there has been any problems I'm sure they would do all to resolve it. If you buy the St. Augustine grass and water it properly you should not have problems . Obviously if you get new grass or plants and never water them you will have I'll results.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COCOA NURSERY!! They DO NOT stand behind their sod. We spent $1,140. in sod and 3/4 of it died. We followed their watering and fertilizing instructions to a T. During installation, they cut our cable and Billy the owner wanted to splice it himself and did not want me to call the cable company. They also cut roots in our tree.
