Went for my free oil change for my vehicle. The service department recommended that I get my starter changed at a price of roughly $1500. I told them no thanks, when my oil change was done my car mysteriously wouldn’t start. My car was running totally fine before this. They pushed my car out of the bay and refused to assist me in starting the car, their employees just sat there and watched as I continued to hit the starter. Always a pleasant and wonderful experience at the Service Department at the Cocoa Hyundai Service Department. Madison is the Service Representative assigned to me and Madison goes above and beyond. She is an asset to Cocoa Hyundai and is efficient and professional. I highly Cocoa Hyundai both to purchase a car and their service department.
I got an appointment within 24 hours of my first call. Courtney is an excellent service advisor. The only thing that I didn’t like was the cost to diagnose the window problem. I can understand why there is a charge for diagnostics but I think $130 is too much especially when I pay for the repair.
