Dealer under new ownership, thought I would give them a chance to repair my problem car still under warranty. Brought the vehicle on Friday June 14th and asked that if the repairs would take more than 3 days, I would require a loaner, they told me they would get back to me on Monday. I went online and scheduled a service appointment for an issue with my truck. I used their drop-down menu and selected a timeslot for Friday at 4:00pm. I received a call Thursday morning by a polite lady saying that I would have to drop off my truck Friday morning. I let her know I work 30 minutes away and could not drop off my truck in the morning, which is why I picked the 4 pm slot. She said they close at 5 pm and are not open on the weekends. Cocoa ford body shop was awful. Brand new vehicle hit while on lot and they did a shotty job on the bumper refused to make it any better. Painted over the dust that was on the car and major scratches and said they buffed them out and they didn’t Was told by the woman Working there oh well we did our best and we’ve already been paid and laughed. Thought situation was funny. The head manager at the sales department was a very nice gentleman and said it’s terrible but unfortunately the body shop kinda does their own thing. Be f... read more
