I had purchased a 2020 f150 march 25th thinking I would be safe with going to an actual ford dealership and I couldn’t have been more wrong! I was better off going to a crappy used car lot. With in 3 days the car started to hard shift between 3rd and 4th I had called my salesman who put me in contact with the sales manager who said they had “noted” it down and that I should speak with the used car manager Dave who is quite difficult to get ahold of.
