I bought a used Chevy from here and the service was great and quick and I was so excited with my car. Unfortunately after a week or so I noticed the A/C stops blowing after about 15 minutes of driving. When I called ford they said that I would need to take it to Chevy to get it fixed since it still has warranty and if I took it ford I’d have to pay. Great experience from start to finish. Can’t speak highly enough of everyone we dealt with from our Salesman Pat (the bald guy 😅to financing, no hard sell or pushy tactics. Deal went smooth and really feel like they valued our time. We drove in from Winter Haven (2hours each way) and would come here again to buy our next car.
Worst service ever! Received my truck back after getting new tires and 3 lug nuts weren’t even tightened. All the rest needed fully tightened. Installed tpms system and didn’t program them so they don’t work. Customer service is very poor.
Frank, salesman was awesome from beginning to the end, Dave was great used car manager… Then Juan (finance grinch) kept us laughing, the whole time. See photo attached. When you buy make him show you his photo shoot.
