Bought vehicle at this dealership recently. Within less than a week the vehicle left me stranded on the side of the road. So I had a shop assess the vehicle for the issue and turns out it needs over $12,000 in repairs, yet I was told by salesman the car was perfect. When I reached out to the dealership about this they said they’d charge me a 15% restocking fee that was hidden in the fine print. STAY FAR AWAY.

Went to check out a used BMW. Eric the sales guy was cool and helpful. Sales manager not so much. Car was listed at $14,500, then at the dealer they claimed it would be $22,000 with all of their add-ons. So basically a 50%+ increase from their advertised price. Just a big waste of time for me unfortunately, baiting people into the dealer with attractive pricing and then switching with ridiculous fees. Avoid this place, shady business practices. Find a dealer who is transparent about everything and has lower fees.
What a car adventure that I just went on. Was in a lease fighting to get out of it. Cocoa Ford stepped up Mike and Charice kept motivating communication with me, which kept me from backing out and canceling appointment. Upon arrival appointment with Charice got changed unfortunately, but Eric stepped in full of energy, great listening skills to understand the whole situation, and the willingness to work hard to get us taken care of. I'll be honest, didn't intend on making a purchase when I walked on the lot. But, we were approached by one of the most professional sales persons at Cocoa Ford, Charise Pendrick. She was not pushy or demanding. She allowed us to take our time and look. Despite being one of the newest members of the Cocoa Ford team, Charise used her past auto sales experience take way.
