Bryson Was a amazing person to work with
I don’t like to write bad reviews but my experience with the sales manager here was too disappointing and suspicious not to. I would like to mention that the sales guy Karona was great to work with. We appreciate his patience and kindness. I in no way felt as though he was trying to take advantage of me unlike the sales manager Alex. Andy was a pleasure to deal with and got everything taken care of and handled fantastically for us.
Andy was very communicative and accurately represented the car that I was interested in. The dealership pricing is misleading though. They add about 8 grand to the listed price then don’t budge. When you buy a refrigerator you don’t get the cost of the shelves or the motor or the freon added in after on top of the listed price. They also stand there and beg and pester you about giving them a 5 star review. Overall bag experience with typical scummy tactics. Perfect example of why people hate dealerships.
