Several Sales Representatives (Crumb snatchers) are disrespectful there. Saw I drove an old vehicle not considering if it was a commuter so they were judgmental and wouldn't let me drive the raptor that they’ve had on the lot for several weeks now. (By the way I make 200k a year) So they kept trying to put me in a bronco sport or maverick. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking for a new vehicle consider Honda or Toyota

I recently had my F-150 Lightning serviced at Cocoa Ford, and I can’t say enough about their outstanding service! I scheduled a warranty service appointment for my F-150 at Cocoa Ford, but when I arrived after arranging my schedule and transportation, I was told the truck wouldn’t even be looked at until the following Tuesday. On top of that, there were no complimentary vehicles available. What’s the point of making an appointment if the vehicle won’t actually be serviced? Very disappointing experience.
