My daughter has been begging me to take her to Cocoa Blue Chocolates since it opened, and today we finally went. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly and graciously answered my dumb questions about truffles. The assortment of chocolates was impressive and will no doubt lead me back for more. I brought eight truffles home to sample, and really wish I hadn't put the second key lime truffle back. It tasted just as sweet and tart as our favorite Florida key lime pie. Soooo delicious, I scarfed it down.
Love the dark chocolate salted Carmel!!! Wanted to try the coffee truffles but didn't have enough $$$$$ tried a dark chocolate latte and hot chocolate but I guess I expected something different :( maybe make your dark chocolate salted Carmel into a drink. Maybe more seating so people could meet there.
I haven't been in yet but have kept ppl up to date on Facebook on the progress you have made along the way. Can't wait to stop in and try this awesome hot chocolate I've been hearing about. Congrats on your opening!
Wonderful local shop! Super friendly owner whose passion for his craft is obvious from his cheerful disposition and through the beautiful and AMAZINGLY decadent chocolates he makes. The hot chocolate is delicious, too! I love that the shop is on my way to and from my son'a school. I'm going to be a regular.
