Don't expect a good view of the ocean unless your book on the 5th floor. Every other floor view is obstructed by the ample dune foliage. Right outside your balcony the main view is the next-door hotel. While we were there both stairwells were being renovated. Noise from 9 AM- 5 PM. This construction should have been advertised to prospective guests.
Our room was beautiful, the location was outstanding. The property was awesome and the location was perfect. We had an amazing time staying here, highly recommend it.
