Lots of things in the building were broken: a chair, both the strings on the same fan, the light switch in one room, and the toilet paper holder. otherwise, it was fine.

Great location, large 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. I showed up with my belongings and had to worry about nothing. Checking in was very easy, the place was clean and parking and etc was great. View of the ocean sunrise is amazing from this place. It overlooks the pool and ocean. I was up early to catch every sunrise. I highly recommend as a side note it’s a great location to watch a rocket launch, I saw 3 during my stay.
There is newer management, and they are very accommodating and great people. The place is perfectly on the beach with a quick sandy walkway right to it. For a short term stay or a longer stay, it is just right for a couple, or small family. We enjoyed our longer stay here. Has everything we needed.
