All I can say is my experience with this gym was less than positive. First, the building is in disrepair with cracks in the walls, plumbing issues that cause a foul odor, and a mold smell that competes with the aforementioned sewage smell, a parking lot riddled with potholes deep enough to cause damage to your vehicle. Clean, convenient location, good price with different options for visits. Friendly patient front desk. It’s a small local gym with classes, a spa, some old and new equipment that does the job. Sauna in the ladies room, some “free clothes”-lockers need repair. Worked out around rush hour and not too busy and no wait for machines. Parking for cars and bikes out front.
They have day and punch passes with proper equipment. Great for me when visiting Cocoa from out of town.
