I love this Fitness Center and visit every day I am in Cocoa Beach. I tend to do the Yoga and Fitness classes. They have a spin room they have all kinds of machines and the ladies room has a sauna. This is going to be my studio when I decide to move to Cocoa Beach LOL. If you were in the area and you were serious about working out check out Cocoa Beach Fitness. The day pass allows you to use the entire facility and take all the classes.
Staff was very welcoming. Christina was very helpful during my 2-month stay. The gym has pretty much everything you'll need for a good workout. Thank you!
