My family members and I stayed here 8/4 - 8/9/2024. The condo was spacious and clean. The property is very clean except for the poor drainage and the cracks on the pool walkway which cut my foot. The issue with this place is the property managers. They see everything that goes on yet you can’t see them. I understand Pool safety is a must but I draw the line when you have to hand over a nerf ball for the property manager to approve. Where do I start, I was visiting my family who rented 2 condos there 8/4- 8/9 the units were nice but , a big but the Management staff Husband and wife Nikki and Sean were the worst!!! And that's being nice!! The board should fire them immediately.. they watch people as if we were criminals, not joking. If you want to have fun by the pool area this isn't the place to stay. If you want to breathe by the pool you need their permission. If you sneeze wrong they will come out of a bush and say wash your hands.. that's how bad th... read more

Entering this place feels like walking through the Everglades. The property manager is a control freak and a raging lunatic. On 8/4/24 at 0800, I was carrying my 6-pound service dog and a 20oz water bottle to the trash by the pool. As I was returning to my apartment, a white male yelled, "Hey, that dog is not supposed to be out here." I explained that I was just throwing the bottle away.
