This is the most amazing and supportive gym I have ever had the privilege of being a member. As a female in their 60’s, I cannot express fully how included the younger people (both men and women) make me feel. Everyone is friendly. The training opportunities I have with Coco are helping me to gain strength and confidence in my abilities. Cannot recommend highly enough.
It’s really nice to find a gym with no ego’s and any of the usual BS you find. Heading in to the gym every morning is something i really look forward too and there’s something I really enjoy about seeing the same faces most mornings and having a chat as we get into our sessions. Loads of equipment and really friendly atmosphere
joining cocos was by far the best thing ive done on my strength journey. not only is a great gym but the community is amazing and welcoming and happy to help each other as much as they can
