We used to buy a lot from here - they have lovely piece - but we’re so over the (lack of) service here. You buy, you get concierge notices… which are wrong, or not followed through on… then you get calls from a delivery driver outside your home, when you’ve had no notice. Doesn’t matter if it’s a small occasional piece or a big ticket item. Today we went to look at lights and they’re not in store, but we can order them unseen… and at the manager’s discretion, we’ll pay either a 20% refund fee… up to 50%. Worst experience ever! Furniture looks great upon first glance but forget about having it delivered on time. Long waiting periods which they don’t inform you about upon ordering. When we finally received a message to say our piece was arriving today - got a call to say that the item didn’t pass their quality check (on the day of the delivery). Don’t bother ordering any furniture from them no matter how appealing it looks as waiting times are long and customer service is poor !

Absolute s..t show. Staff are helpful until you have ordered and paid then couldn’t care less. You get better service at target. No return phone calls, staff passing the buck. Absolutely hopless!

I absolutely love coming to this store. & to your cafe next door Lamericano Cafe. I was test driving a new Mercedes Benz & before my test drive I come & dinned in the cafe & then visited your posh flash store. We will return....!!!!
