BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FANTASTIC FURNITURE OR IKEA !! The store looks premium but the customer service is NOT. Wow just had an incredibly shocking experience. The staff were so snooty and had non care factor. I made a purchase on the Architect Outdoor Sunlounges back at the beginning of July - we were very much sold to and told they should only be 6 weeks.
