So disappointed! I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying a sofa from Coco republic. I worked with an employee to select the sofa with my criteria being a durable leather sofa for the main living room at my house. The order and delivery went fine. The sofa however is covered in a “premium” leather that is so precious anything and everything that comes into contact with it stains it and no amount of cleaning will remove them. I recently purchased a lamp, and there was an issue with the lamp. It took a lot of time and hassle to find a solution with the Concierge service. When I decided which resolution option I wanted, they said I needed to be available for delivery (i.e., take a day off work) because the replacement lamp might not be available for long. When I tried to explain why I was frustrated (part of it was that they took so long to offer me resolution options), the Concierge service did not seem to understand this issue.
Bought stock that was available, I then followed up on the delivery 10 days later only to be told stock is not available - they oversold to other customers. Unwilling to wait for the stock (Arrival October) I asked for a refund which was requested on the 8th July, I'm still waiting for someone to action the refund (15 days later). Shocking customer service
The service was outstanding. Rachel Fan is very friendly, answered all of my questions professionally, and provided excellent advice throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.
