I recently purchased a lamp, and there was an issue with the lamp. It took a lot of time and hassle to find a solution with the Concierge service. When I decided which resolution option I wanted, they said I needed to be available for delivery (i.e., take a day off work) because the replacement lamp might not be available for long. When I tried to explain why I was frustrated (part of it was that they took so long to offer me resolution options), the Concierge service did not seem to understand this issue.
Bought stock that was available, I then followed up on the delivery 10 days later only to be told stock is not available - they oversold to other customers. Unwilling to wait for the stock (Arrival October) I asked for a refund which was requested on the 8th July, I'm still waiting for someone to action the refund (15 days later). Shocking customer service
The service was outstanding. Rachel Fan is very friendly, answered all of my questions professionally, and provided excellent advice throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend them.
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service provided by Coco Republic. The dining table and light I received were defective. After spending countless hours making phone calls, Coco Republic finally agreed to replace them and scheduled a replacement delivery. I stayed home for the entire day waiting, but no one arrived. I bought a Huxley lounge and after 4 years the cushioning was shot to pieces. I thought coco would give me some sort of support and warranty (they say 5 years) . The response from coco was extremely disappointing. I thought a $7k lounge would have a better shelf life than fantastic furniture, apparently not. Coco products look great but definitely lack the quality for the price point. Its quality is no better than lounge lovers and fantastic. Great work coco.
