Luxury prices with an indifferent service. Before my order shipped, I raised concerns about the delivery address (which had been recorded incorrectly). It took four days to follow-up. When they did, they repeated the address I had queried in a one-line reply. I followed up to ask them to cancel the order, if they were refusing to clarify the address; they didn't answer. Manuel gave us the absolute best service. When selecting a modular couch, he almost flipped the showroom upside down (gracefully) showing us the hundreds of different combinations we could have it in & drafted it up in our household and gave helpful suggestions to make sure it fits comfortably in our home. We would not have made the purchase without him. Thank you.
Manuel‘s service was second to none. Super helpful.
Extremely disappointing experience with Coco Republic. I ordered my dining table six months ago, waited through a delayed delivery, and then received it in the wrong colour. Nearly a week later, I still have no solution. I’ve been passed from one person to another with no accountability or clear update. After all this time and inconvenience, this level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
