I bought a Huxley lounge and after 4 years the cushioning was shot to pieces. I thought coco would give me some sort of support and warranty (they say 5 years) . The response from coco was extremely disappointing. I thought a $7k lounge would have a better shelf life than fantastic furniture, apparently not. Coco products look great but definitely lack the quality for the price point. Its quality is no better than lounge lovers and fantastic. Great work coco.
I visited the store today looking for an ottoman and office chair, and was so impressed with the service I received from Nancy. Her interior design advice was excellent, with a great eye for style, layout and colour. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond assisting me around the store. Customer service like that is rare these days, so I wanted to leave a comment to say thank you.
