A couple of lovely, helpful staff let down by a completely disrespectful and self-absorbed manager.
Coco Republic “looks” amazing! However dig a little and a pretty awful underbelly floats close to the surface. After service is non-existent. Be prepared for a terrible ride should an expensive purchase require addressing.
Premium prices, but structural quality and ACL support are lacking am extremely disappointed in the lack of support regarding a clear manufacturing defect in a high-end dining table. The parquetry top is delaminating—the wood is physically "springing" and lifting from the base. This is a structural failure of the adhesive, not "wear and tear" as their customer care team (Ellie) has tried to claim. We have had an amazing experience with Rick Lee and the team at Coco Republic. We purchased lounges and a dining set from Coco Republic and Rick has been extremely attentive throughout the process, he has always been 1 step ahead, always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.
My experience with Coco Republic has been great from the very beginning and we were very lucky to deal with such an experienced interior design consultant Nancy who has helped us decide in our numerous pieces of furniture to suit the style of our new home.
