My wife and I recently had a fantastic experience at Coco Republic Crows Nest and would like to thank Christian Pascali for his exceptional customer service. Christian was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided thoughtful advice and guidance throughout the process. His eye for design and attention to detail made choosing the right pieces so much easier. I would highly recommend Christian to anyone visiting Coco Republic Crows Nest. Thanks agai... read more
Avoid Coco Republic at all costs. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. We received a faulty lounge directly from the factory, and after more than three months of trying to have the issue resolved, we are still no closer to a solution. No reply, no explanation, nothing. Now I'm sitting here not even sure if the lamps are actually coming or if I've just been ripped off. Extremely unprofessional and poor c... read more
I am delighted with my recent visit, purchase, and delivery experience with Coco Republic in Crows Nest. The customer service was excellent, the delivery process was seamless, and the quality of the furniture is outstanding. Their comfortable chairs are unmatched, and they offer a range of beautiful, high end pieces that are both stylish and exceptionally well made. A special shoutout to Nat, Mel, and the delivery team at Designer Transport. Nat was incredibly warm, charismatic, and knowledgeable, and we felt very well taken... read more
