Everything was smooth, but realised that there are more local businesses that provided better customer service.
Just when you think customer service can’t get any worse, they make it impossible for you to reach them - by all 4 methods (email, landline, mobile, 1300).
The only good thing about coco republic is Leanne who works at the crows nest store. If you’re not dealing with her, you’ll get no conclusion.
Very sub standard quality furniture for extreme premium tag. Have bought 2 couches from COCO over the years. Both have sunken in feel and deformed look after a few years. Just like IKEA, not made to last !
