I had a very pleasant experience with Laurynn at Coco Republic Crows Nest today. She is very patient and provided practice advice that helped us a lot.
PLEASE AVOID THIS FURNITURE STORE!!!!!! I don’t normally write negative reviews on Google but this time I felt compelled!! Usually when I spend tens of thousands of dollars purchasing something (think of a car or a holiday) I find the experience quite enjoyable…… Unfortunately my experience with Coco Republic has been the exact opposite. The furniture designs and our assigned designer were admittedly quite lovely….but this is where the positives end. More miss communication and constant calls to find my dinning table. Then out of the blue I get a text to pay the extra money before delivery. A text!!! So you don't even know if it's a scam. Who opens a link in a text to pay thousands??!!! For a premium brand, the customer service and delivery is shocking. Brought in crows nest. I will see what the delivery is like. But I'm not holding my breath. Delivery cost is stunning too btw. First and last purchase from this experience. Never again.
