Most unprofessional lady I've ever seen, when a appointment is scheduled at a certain time no matter what she always is late, she thinks that people is on her time when an agreed time is set you stick to that commitment. You get your hair done by her one time she treats you like she don't even know you the second time. I scheduled an appointment and she said she would be late so I took the time to get a tire change and told her that I would be like 5 mins late the lady never showed up. Coco is the best! She is amazing at natural hair and I was sooo impressed! She took the time to do a through consultation before so that I was prepared for my upcoming appointment. I also am allergic to Wheat, which I was her first client with this problem, she did research on all the product lines that she uses to make sure that I was safe to use them. That's the extra mile that sets her apart from many others. I LOVE MY HAIR and my Locologist
