First, there is no whirlpool for your feet- just a hot water soak. Very limited color palsy for polishes- a book with 2 pages. Then the tech was extremely aggressive with the pumice and slipped several times, leaving abrasions on my leg and toes. Yet somehow I still have dry skin on my feet and had to lotion again when I got home. My daughter had her nails done as well, and her fingers are cut up as well.
