As someone from Houston who’s tried plenty of nail salons, I can honestly say I’ve finally found my spot! The quality of both the products and the service here is unmatched. The owner is extremely professional and always goes above and beyond to make sure clients get the best service. I’m kind of bummed out with my manicure today. Mostly because the shape feels off to me. I have some nails more round and some more pointy. Edges are crooked and jagged in some places. Just felt like the work was rushed. I think some nails were over drilled and now they feel soft. My fingers on my left hand don’t match the fingers on my right hand

I recently came in for gel nails. The person who did my nails was kind and hard working but multiple nails started chipping off within a day and a half of getting them done.
This nail salon has no regard for reservations, schedules or communications. The web reservation is a joke. It’s disorganized and rude. No respect for clients time.
