Made an appointment the day before and called ahead to ask if I could come in earlier if there was an opening—was told yes. When I arrived, I was told I wasn’t on the schedule I pointed to my number on the clipboard. After explaining I had just spoken to her minutes earlier, I was taken anyway, but the technician’s demeanor made it clear she didn’t want to do the service. I’ve gone here a couple times. My first time was for a pedicure only and it was okay. Not a great experience but also not bad. Went to the mall today with family for Christmas shopping and figured I would go in since I needed a manicure, and we were going to be there for a bit. Got a dip manicure and very much regretting it. Didn’t shape nails, didn’t clean up cuticles or anything else, edges were left so messy around the nails. So disappointed.

First time coming here. Decided to try them after a disappointing experience with my usual spot. I didn't get the tech's name but she was very nice and everyone there seemed to be in a happy mood which can really affect a place's atmosphere. The place was very clean and organized. Tech took her time, made sure she understood what I was asking for. I went with multiple autumn colors and she helped pick out a better colour combination.
