Found this gem on a whim, and so glad I came here. My fiancé and I are in Kona for a long layover due to the tsunami warning and needed something relaxing to do while here. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and just walked in, they were able to accommodate us for a manicure and pedicure. Customer service was superb and the lady who did my manicure (whom I believe is the owner) really took her time and did a phenomenal job with my gel manicure. I thought I'd try a new place w my friend and got a gel pedicure here and it was a guy who spoke no English. Communication was difficult as the owner also didn't speak a lot of English either. He was nice but did a poor job on the paint coat, it was globbed on and uneven and wavy. Didn't last as long as my regular place, Posh Nails . A few of my friends go here and love it but they have coco herself as their stylist, maybe she does a better job. Overall I was unimpressed by the service. The lady doing my nails was very aggressive with her movements and just didn’t seem to be in a pleasant mood. The quality of the nails was okay. I did gel and it’s a bit lumpy looking with uneven nail polish.

Called for a same day appt while on vacation as my previous gel manicure peeled off and they got me in within an hour. My gel manicure lasted over a month without any issues! Very reasonably priced as well! Wish I lived here so I could be a regular!
