The staff and the owner are very rude and disrespectful to the customers. The quality of the work they do is very low compared to the amount they get.

I was a customer here for 1 year. The last time I went there, the owner treated me very badly. He was very rude. Even the people who worked for him were very rude and did not do my job perfectly and charged me a lot of money for various reasons. And most of the people who worked there left and unfortunately they neither treat customers well nor do their jobs properly.

The lady who did my nails here was SO incredibly rude. I almost walked out in the middle of my appointment. She showed up over 30 minutes late to do my nails… I had a scheduled appointment. Then she told me the wrong price, way below what I was charged (the fact that they don’t show prices on their website is super sketchy too, I should have known) … and on top of all of that she cut 7 out of my 10 fingers and blamed me?! she said I had weak skin… nobody has ever broken my cuticles like that, and if I do have weak skin then ... read more
