Me and my daughter were visiting my parents today and she wanted to get her nails done before school. We didn’t have an appointment and they were busy but fit us in. It was a longer wait than I expected. It was well worth the wait. The man (sorry didn’t get his name) did an amazing job. Her nails looked amazing. I highly recommend this place for nails! This was our first time there! They were very polite and didn’t rush her nails. Thank you so much! Next time I come I would go there again even just for a pedicure.

Very disappointing experience at Coco Nail Spa in Dover. Even with an appointment, I had to wait a long time, and when I asked about the delay, the staff were dismissive and had an arrogant attitude. Communication was also difficult because most of the staff didn’t speak English well, which made the whole process frustrating and uncomfortable. Between the long wait, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism, I won’t be coming back.
