I visited Coco Nails today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As a 63-year-old woman, I have never felt so disrespected at a business. I requested silver and gold glitter for my pedicure. They did not have that option, so a young male employee offered to mix the colors. When the older technician applied the polish and it wasn’t what I asked for, I politely mentioned it. He apologized and genuinely tried to correct it, which I appreciated.
