I had thick nails for no reason and made my nails uneven
When there's an issue with your service that THEY provided, they act like they don't understand our English, but quick to understand our money we're forking over to them. I don't like the I have on my nails so wanted to get it changed, mind you have a fill and polish yesterday. They color isn't the same as what's displayed, so I went today to have it changed. They told me it's $25 JUST to get a polish change that wasn't right in the first place. When I just paid $50 yesterday.They've lost a customer!
Terrible service! Never going here again! They were so rude! The atmosphere was so negative! Coco nails is not the same anymore! I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star! 👎
I had Michelle and she did such an amazing job on everything, including the design i was wanting. it turned out perfect
