I go to Coco frequently and have always had amazing experiences! The entire staff is kind and welcoming. Grace at the front is wonderful at accommodating everyone who walks in. Like any nail salon, they can get very busy, so I am always appreciative when they squeeze me in last minute. I love Coco Nail Spa! They are always clean, friendly and do a great job! I get UV Gel, Pedicures and Massages. My daughters love coming with me as well for mani pedis!
Never again they were pushing the drill hard I told the they we’re hurting and I said can you be gentle. There response was “no you baby” I left hysterical crying. They also gave me something completely different than what I asked for.
I gave this nail salon three chances, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but unfortunately it only confirmed that I won't be returning. Every single pedicure was poorly done, and my last visit lasted 2½ hours for a pedicure, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the nail polish was so watered down that every color I tried streaked badly. When I asked why it kept happening, I was told it was because my toenails were "dry."
