This place has gone downhill over the past couple of months. Nails are horrible, they look like a 5 year old did them. I had to redo them myself when I got home. Everything was rushed. Not only did they NOT do the French pedi I wanted in the first place, they still proceeded to charge me full price after I told them that's not what I wanted. They try to up charge you on everything just to get a few bucks here and there & you're treated like a number the whole entire time.
Was very excited to go based on other reviews and I left very disappointed. Ends of the nails look unfinished and one is chipping less than 36 hrs later. Staff looked annoyed to be assigned clients and working on clients. Had to make noise at the checkout to get the attention of the desk staff to pay. Very underwhelmed for the many positive reviews I saw. Was uncomfortable to be sitting in there.
Got a pedicure there today and had Linda. She was so awesome and she gave the best massage ever. She kept asking if it felt good and it really did! She did a great job with shaping my nails and polishing. I’ll definitely be going back and ask for her.
I kept expressing that I wanted to keep the square shape on my nails, they were filed down to coffin shape and the edges were rounded on one side of almost every nail. After explaining it more than once it was still done terribly and there was no communication from the nail guy. All my nails look different shapes and sizes. The service was very rushed. Not happy with the service. Definitely not the nail work they show on their instagram pages or social medias!
