I called in advance to book an appointment for sns nails with tips and a pedicure. When I arrived, Ryan checked me in and said something under his breath that I didn’t hear. I asked him to repeat what he was saying and he shouted directly in my face something in Vietnamese that I know was disrespectful because EVERYONE working in the shop turned around, looked up at us and snickered. I booked a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, and both services exceeded my expectations. My nail technician was meticulous, gentle, and clearly skilled. She took the time to make sure the shape, polish, and finish were exactly what I wanted. I walked out with beautiful nails and a big smile. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this salon to friends and family!
