I’ve been to this salon 3 times. First two times were pretty good. However today was my last visit to this place. I paid $55 for a set that was so horrible I removed it as soon as I got home. No communication on shape, no cuticle prep and absolutely terrible end result. My nails looked like I have absolutely no finger nail. They looked chunky and 2 of them were crooked. Going forward I’ll go to a different salon.
I have been coming to CoCo for 2 years, and finally decided that they deserve a shout out. They are always attentive, and on time which is rare in a good nail salon. Thank you CoCo, and sorry it took this long but I have finally gotten around.
I called in advance to book an appointment for sns nails with tips and a pedicure. When I arrived, Ryan checked me in and said something under his breath that I didn’t hear. I asked him to repeat what he was saying and he shouted directly in my face something in Vietnamese that I know was disrespectful because EVERYONE working in the shop turned around, looked up at us and snickered.
