This is supposed to be a top- rated Hair Salon! I don't see any reviews about cuts and color! I don't see any photos of women who have had their hair highlighted, colored, baliage, dual colors intertwined, etc. The salon didn't give a brief background of what they do. My main concern is that almost all of the reviews were about "Waxing"! No one who is solely interested in Highlights and Haircuts wants to only see the previous. It's a Hair Salon! Show photos of clients who have had hair processing!

Love this place! I'll never go back to European Wax Center after this salon was not only cheaper, but nicer, friendlier, better service, and much better results! I had Lori and loved her. Definitely recommend!!

Exception service from beginning to end! Initially, I wasn't happy with my appointment time. I tried to be cool about it, but apparently not cool enough. The receptionist( I'm sad that I didn't get her name to properly give her kudos) called me back within 30 minutes with a better appointment. This left a lastng impression. I value customer service!
