Unprofessional. was searching for a new lash tech when a groupon for CoCo Lux came across my page. I was excited. I purchased and tried to call as instructed on the groupon. I did not receive a call back after leaving a message. Some time went by and again, I saw the great work that was being done. I called and no answer. Ms Coco is personable, kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her asking me my specifics and she got exactly how I want my lashes to be. Subtle yet explicitly defined. My lashes look and feel natural and I never had any discomfort. I highly recommend ms Coco and Coco Luxe Beauty!

Don't do it to yourself. After speaking with her to make an appointment, I showed up to a locked door. Upon calling her she claimed that I wasn't on the appointment sheet and then told me she was in the ER. I could hear the door chime and engine start btw. She told me to choose another day, and she would double my procedure. I never received a call back or any acknowledgment of the new appointment.
