I would give zero stars. I bought a Groupon for las extensions and tried to call to schedule. Got a voicemail and gave a detailed message and nobody returned my call. Then I went up there during the hours they are supposedly open and I banged on the door but it was locked. The only option was for me to pay twice and book online just so I could get an appointment which was supposed to be today but nobody followed up with me or anything. Unprofessional. was searching for a new lash tech when a groupon for CoCo Lux came across my page. I was excited. I purchased and tried to call as instructed on the groupon. I did not receive a call back after leaving a message. Some time went by and again, I saw the great work that was being done. I called and no answer. Ms Coco is personable, kind and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her asking me my specifics and she got exactly how I want my lashes to be. Subtle yet explicitly defined. My lashes look and feel natural and I never had any discomfort. I highly recommend ms Coco and Coco Luxe Beauty!
The staff here is really incredible, absolutely love this place and the services they offer are effective and reasonably priced
