Coco Laundry was a place I had hoped to visit to do my own laundry. However, this past February and March, my laundry began to build up. A death in the family occurred out- of- state and my family was desperately awaiting concrete dates so that we could arrange travel. We didn't receive dates until March, at the b last minute. I work 6 days a week 10 hour days, and the last thing I want to do on my day off is laundry. Coco Laundry picks up my laundry, and delivers it back freshly washed, folded/hanged. The staff are always nice. If they have questions they are always quick to communicate. I highly recommend them! They've made life a little easier for me :)
I had been a loyal customer of Coco Laundry for over a year, but after my recent experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. When my laundry was delivered, I discovered several of my clothes were missing. The business did not inform me that items were missing—I discovered it myself. When I spoke directly with the owner, she admitted they sometimes leave the back door unlocked, and that security camera footage showed someone entering through it and taking my belongings.
