Came here for the very first time recently and I was instantly impressed by the cleanliness of the place. They have a lady who works there who I believe is in charge of doing same day laundry for clients. I didn’t get her name but she was very nice. It was a relaxing environment and definitely the best laundromat I’ve been to! Will definitely come here regularly.
Amazing service!! Everyone there is so nice and accommodating, and they do a great job. I've used their delivery service for almost a year now. It's been a lifesaver after an injury that left me on crutches. I've always been reluctant to try a laundry service because I have skin allergies. They even helped me with that. ❤️🙏 Thank you very much Coco! It's so comforting to know that great customer service is still alive and well at your place. 🥰
Online information is inaccurate.. minimum is apparently 25.00 (17 pounds) for a drop off.. although online it specifically says NO MINIMUM for DROP OFF and 35.00 min for pickup. 🙄 Ofc no one is of any help and of course I wasted 30 min waiting for them to open - feels like false advertisement. Attaching a screenshot from online for reference (before they change it) spoke with manager who informed me the service has a 25$ minimum.. still not what was advertised online but whatever.
When my dryer died I knew I didn't want to go to a laundromat. Nothing against them, but I work so many hours I just don't have time. I tried a couple of different drop off laundry places. Coco is actually cheaper than a lot of them, and they pickup and deliver. My clothes remind me of when I was a kid and my Mom did my laundry. Soft - folded nice. I highly recommend them.
Coco Laundry has been a huge blessing since the birth of my daughter. The one day turnaround Wash and Fold service has taken a lot of burden off my family while we bond with our new baby, and the quality of service we’ve received from Coco has been fantastic!
