While we generally have wonderful experiences here, my son's ortho appointment with Dr Luong and Kenzi yesterday was especially amazing. Dr Luong came by multiple times to see how things were going and was so encouraging to my son. Kenzi was not only thorough, she carefully explained things to both my son and I so we understood what was happening. She's so calm and patient. She made sure my son checked to see if everything felt right before we left and actually listened to his feedback, removing some extra wire from the top.... read more
