I went with my mom to order a lava pearls bubble tea. The girl at the front with blue dyed ends gave us basically milk with no brown sugar and when we complained she said it was a milk drink 💀 very rude basically paid 7$ for milk and when we asked if she could fix it she gave us two more pearls . Wouldn’t come again
Had a classic milk tea with boba 🧋, service was quick, $6 kinda pricey for a small beverage. Honestly good vibes :) but y'all need to give a discount or lower the prices, other place charge like $4 or less.
The indoor temperature in this shop is extremely high and theres no air conditioning or ventilation. During my visits the staff have looked visibly overheated and struggling in the conditions. Many regular customers in the neighborhood are aware of how uncomfortable it gets inside. With some even stepping outside after ordering a drink because the heat in the store is unbearable.
