Try the regular milk tea if you're not that adventurous. Their tapioca is always made super soft and chewy. It's also super sweet so you can modify your sugar level.
A consistently average bubble tea chain in the city. Staff here are extremely rude and non personal but are pretty efficient in cranking out the orders (once you have repeated yourself three times).
