I’m a home builder in the Brazos Valley area and on the night of July 4th, we ran into a plumbing problem that needed an emergency cleanup after the problem was addressed. Absolutely terrible experience. I scheduled a move-out cleaning and clearly explained that we needed it urgently for an upcoming inspection. She confirmed a specific day and time -- but never showed up. We waited for hours with no updates. After many messages, she finally replied saying she would come the next day. Again, she didn't show, didn't answer calls, and completely ignored texts. She left us scrambling at the last minute with no backup and no explanation. Completely unreliable and unprofessional. We love Nicole, Michael and Chance like family! They do a wonderful job and go above and beyond every single time they're here. I don't think there is anything I've asked for that Nicole hasn't been able to make happen, and this week, they are helping my in-laws set up their house so that my FIL can come home from a rehab hospital in comfort. I don't know of any other company that would provide that level of service, and we are grateful for it!
