I'm from out of town and was coming to a special event and scheduled an appointment with an apprentice as she was the only one available. That morning I received a text that she went home sick but if I could come 30 minutes later they could accommodate me. Well it was my truly lucky day! I saw Madeline today for a hair dye and blowout and she did an excellent job. I will be back again.

Very disappointed with my “lighter and brighter” service that left random bleach spots all over my head?! I could not have been more clear with the photos and long description of what I was looking for. Also, I asked and paid for a root smudge and definitely did not receive that as you can see from the intense lines that should have been blended. Now I to pay to get this fixed somewhere else. She also *ruined* my bangs and cut off 3+ inches and made it incredibly uneven—which I also have to have fixed.
