They do a wonderful job with my hair. I love the music, Playlist is great, and its so chic and lovely inside.
Very disappointed with my “lighter and brighter” service that left random bleach spots all over my head?! I could not have been more clear with the photos and long description of what I was looking for. Also, I asked and paid for a root smudge and definitely did not receive that as you can see from the intense lines that should have been blended. Now I to pay to get this fixed somewhere else. She also *ruined* my bangs and cut off 3+ inches and made it incredibly uneven—which I also have to have fixed.
I love coming here and have for years! Rihana is the best and always styles the exact way I want. Never disappointed! 10/10.
